The South African Embassy in Seoul can assist with the arrangement
of a programme for official visits. For this purpose, however it will
be crucial that the Department of International Relations and Cooperation and the Mission be informed
of the intended visit well in advance (at least one month).
The Embassy will only commence with the preparation for the visit on receipt of an official notification or letter addressed to the Ambassador from the Head of the Delegation confirming that the visit has been authorized. |
If a previous visit has occurred, please provide the Mission with the details of the programme and any briefing notes that may be available.
The Mission will be in a position to assist the delegation only after receipt of authorization and allocation codes from DIRCO. In other words, the delegation should not communicate directly with the Mission on bookings and payment for services, without prior arrangements with Head Office. |

Under normal circumstances, the Mission would appreciate receipt of the notice for the visit at least one month in advance. |
